Frozen released in 2013:
“Frozen, very loosely based on The Snow Queen by Hans Christian Andersen, tells the story of two orphaned sisters, Queen Elsa of the Nordic-inspired kingdom of Arendelle and her sister Princess Anna. Unbeknown to Anna, her sister has magical powers – she can create snow and ice from her hands – which she struggles to control. It was definitely an important thing to have very strong female characters and have them be real – so not just have them talk about boys. it was an inspiring film and my children loved it. I rate it a 5 star."

Maleficent released in 2014:
“Great and Powerful. Every frame of Maleficent is abuzz with odd and not always charming computer-generated beasts, and it takes a while for your eyes to adjust to the nuclear-grade sweetness. One day, a young trespasser from the human realm appears: this is Stefan, who breaks young Maleficent’s heart and returns, some years later on royal orders, to ensure her fairy wings suffer the same fate. Stefan, inherits the throne – and so it’s his daughter that Maleficent, fuelled by vengeance, not jealousy, turns up to curse. Brilliant film very moving. 4 star"

The Muppets most wanted released in 2014:
“Dominic Badguy, the Muppets' new manager, convinces the gang to embark on a European tour. Kermit the Frog doubts that it's a good idea -- a feeling that's proven right when look-alike Constantine escapes from prison, takes Kermit's place, and lands Miss Piggy's sweetie in a Siberian prison. While the frog tries to convince his captors of his true identity, Constantine and Dominic are free to carry out their plan to steal London's crown jewels. This film was great to watch, it had me in stiches of laughter. Deffinately a 5 star”
